System event notification - event Id 1075

Trying to start the System Event Notification I get and
error id of 1075 and bascily states that there is a
missing service or dependence. When looking further I
notice the dependencies is blank. When checking closer
to another machine it is missing the COM+ Plus event with
it corrlating with the RPC call.

How can I fix this problem?
