System Error

I have received the same error notification 4 times. The error reads as
follows:

Error code 00000093, parameter1 00000398, parameter2 00000000,
parameter3 00000000, parameter4 00000000.

I am having trouble identifying what these numbers mean.
If someone knows how to identify these numbers and how to fix the error, I
would appreciate your response....thank you.....

You may be able to get more info from the Event viewer.
HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;308427
Or,
Start > Run, copy & paste > eventvwr.msc /s & press Enter.
Scroll down to the last time your computer crashed and it should tell
you what device/driver caused the problem?

I am still having problem. The problem occurs when I exit "AOL"

I went to Event viewer and received the following information:

Date: 5/10/06 Source: System Error
Time: 2:29:09pm Category: (102)
Type: Error Event ID: 1003
User: N/A

When I exit AOL, the computer restarts and an error message appears.
It indicates that it is a serious error.
In addition to error code and parameters, it says:

OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 2_0
Product: 768_1

I tried to Rename the malicious driver (if one exists) by using Internet
Explorer,
and there seems to be no files that need renamed.

Thank you for your time.....

I just put the info ( Event ID:1003 & Event Source:System Error ) into

& got
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/su...=5.2&EvtID=1003&EvtSrc=System Error&LCID=1033

A Stop error number will possibly help, may get it with this.

I have identified event id 1003. I went to technet and found out that the
problem might be caused by a driver error. I am going to contact Lexmar
Media and find out how to install the latest driver from them. ( if
necessary).
The question I have is as follows:
The problem started when I Installed AOL. It did not occur before then,
even though I have been using WindowsXP successfully, for awhile now. The
information on the site you suggested seems to pertain to running WindowsXP
issues. I am having trouble finding the stop error number on Event Log
Explorer. So far, all I can do on ELE is download the system error file that
I created and I see the same information, with no in depth analysis. Can you
help, please?
