I have installed XP pro and in the system manager I keep getting the error
"The DgiVecp service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified."

What is this referring to and what file do I need to fix it.

the file name is netevent.dll. I did a search on my computer and I find the
file, so I don't know why it says it cannot find the specified file.
