System crashes when starting some programs

I am running Win XP Home with SP2. I am getting system crashes with memory
dump when start ing some programs. One program effected is Adobe Photoshop
Album and another is Battlefield Vietnam. When the Adobe program start, the
monitor goes blank, then a memorry dump with BAD_POOL_CALLER. There is not a
specific message with Battlefield Vietnam. When I debut the basic error is
"Unable to load image \WINDOWS\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe, Win32 error 2".
Advanced debugging using the MS Win Debugging tool leads no where with the
Adobe minidump files and a statement that the driver can't be identiified
when debugging the BF Vietman minidump. I have reloaded drivers audio and
video drivers, and cleaned the registry. Would appreciate hints where I
could further troubleshoot/fix this probem.

Well, your first problem is SP2. Get rid of it if you can. It's nothing but
trouble.
