The first time my system crashed it just froze, with no error message and I
just rebooted. The second time I got a blue screem saying that "A problem
has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your
computer. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Reboot ..." Later Windows said
that the system had recovered from a serious error. A log was sent to
Microsoft.
Thank you again.

Is there an error message?
Is a crash dump created?
Define "crashed".
Start/run eventvwr.msc, look at the system and application logs for
additional clues. Search also the system for a recently created .dmp file -
if there is one we can try to analyze it for the cause of the error (but do
not post it here as an attachment, I will give you instructions on how to
send it to me).
