System Crash Driver Conflict

I dont know what to do. I have tried everything I can
think of. I my system keeps crashing about 1 or 2 a
day. Sometime it is when I am playing games sometimes it
is when I am not even on the system. Sometimes the
system just locks up. I just installed windows xp pro
about a week ago and my system has crashed about 30 times
since then. Today I was looking in the device manager
and should that there were some yellow question marks. I
thought that solving this would solve my problem. I have
solved all the yellow question marks but my system is
still crashing and locking up. Tonight when I got home
from work I found that my computer crashed and rebooted.
I then proceded to loging in. When windows came up there
were three serious error crashes. All were driver
conflict. I dont know how to tell if witch driver it is
or how to start looking for it. Help Please (before this
ends up on the sidewalk from a tall building).

Hi

If you are getting any BSODs could you please post the Stop Codes that accompany them. If you are not getting any BSODs, right click on My Computer, select Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on Settings under Startup and Recovery and disable 'Automatically restart'. Next time you get a reboot you should get a BSOD with a Stop Code.

I dont have the BSOD shots but I do have the error code
from two of the crashes. Thanks for the help on the
reboot thing. I was wounding how to do that.

Error Signature
BCCode:a BCP1:00000032 BCP2:000000FF BCP3 00000000
BCP4:804FC27E OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:1_0 Product:256_1

Then the files that were included in the report are

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\mini032404-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\MF\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER5.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

The other Error Signature
BCCode:4e BCP1:00000099 BCP2:00006731 BCP3:00000000
BCP4:00000000 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:1_0 Product:256_1

The file included are

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini032004-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\MF\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER4.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

Thanks
