System Craches Often

My System is a P-IV 2.4 ghz with Intel Original d865-GBF Motheboard with 512
Mb ddr-233 Ram.
My Problem is My System Often Crashes Without Any Warning or Error Message
After every 30 -40 Minutes.
What Shoul I Do?
 
Could be the power supply is going bad; could be it's getting too hot. Open
the case and verify the fans are working.

That's what happened to my 6 year old box. Lost my Motherboard, Processor, CD Burner, DVD Burner, and Video Card.

It wasn't the fans, the capacitors corroded. Power went through the roof. I guess.
