i am unable to get msconfig to run at all...i am the adm
of this computer, and don't know what the problem is. am
trying to install new antivirus program which has
detected a spybot worm in preinstall sweep???

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Try this to:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
