System Configuration Utility - WinXP

Originally I had 2 hard drives, Win2K(C:) on one & Win XP(D:) on the other,
which were dual booted. I removed Win 2k and now use this drive as a data
disk. WinXP still resides on Drive D. When I run the System Configuration
Utility the Boot.INI tab is missing, all the other tabs are present. Can
anyone please advise how I can recover the Boot.INI tab to be displayed.
 
I think this tab is missing in your system because there is not a Boot.ini file in your hard disk (or it is not at the root of the system volume). Start the Recovery Console from the XP CD and type this command:

bootcfg /rebuild

This will examine your Windows installation(s) and will add it (them) to a Boot.ini file.
