System Configuration Utility box

Each time I switch on the PC, the System Configuration Utility box opens
up (i.e run\msconfig displaying tabs for win.ini, boot.ini etc).

How do I prevent this? It does not appear in 'Allprograms\StartUp'.

The light at the end of the tunnel is a person with a lamp

This fix stops the selective startup screen (msconfig)
