From time to time our users experience the following problem. Whey they
attempt to open a Word document in an email attachment, they get the message
"The system cannot find the file specified" from Outlook error message.

they attempt to open a Word document in an email attachment, they get
the message "The system cannot find the file specified" from Outlook
error message.

They should try emptying their Outlook Secure Temp folder.
