System cannot find path. Working directory is invalid. error

Hello, I am receiving an error message for one onl user when they try to log
on to windows 2000 terminal services application server using remote desktop.
The error states:

The system cannot find the path specified.
This working directory is invalid: %allusersprofile%\application
Data\Microsoft\BackOffice\Management
Please check the working directory in the client configuration.

After that, the remote desktop logs itself off.
Please help.

Have you verified the path?
And the permissions of the user on the folder?

It seems that the users Remote Desktop connection is configured
with a starting application. Have you checked that?
