System Bell Question

Is there any way to re-direct the basic system speaker
bell to actually run a .wav file?
 
Go to Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Devices>Sound. Make sure the Sound
Scheme Box says Windows Default
Then you can change the sounds in the Program Event Box.
