system administrator

Hi all:
kindly I need help regarding a problem I have when ever i
want to instal something in my computer, the error msg i
get is this : "the system administrator has set policies
to prevent this instalation" and/or "Info 1625 this
installation is forbidden by system policy, contact your
system administrator." mentioning that this is home
computer and i'm loged in as administrator, your kind
help is highly appreciated please!
 
thank you for the help however i did try what u told me
and it still gives me the same error msg as i typed in my
first help letter

any kind suggestions please?
 
Tell me exactly the steps you are taking and when/where (add or remove) you
are getting these messages? Which programs, etc.....

i click on the CD drive to start the instaling it is auto
run CD and it shows me the progress and then stops to
give me this error msg

which email should i send the screen shoots to if i have
to ?

I tried to do the uninstal for Norton thing, and still
the error msg the same, i noticed also it gives me the
same error msg when i try to instal quick time program
i already send you the screen shoots from those error
msg's to your email, again thank you alot for your help

I just don't know at this point, other than what I offer via:

Windows Installer Fix (Line 94)

Go to Start/Run and type in:
msiexec /unregister [click ok]

Then Start/Run and type in:
msiexec /regserver [click ok]
