System Administrator wont reply or forward email in Outlook.

In Outlook 2003, each time I attempt to forward/reply to e-mail I get the
following message:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: FW: Smile
Sent: 10/10/2006 12:07 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

-------.net' on 10/10/2006 12:07 PM
550 5.7.1 <-------.net>... Relaying denied

New messages seem to go through ok, just reply and forward problems. All
messages come back through System Administrator.
 
Alisha,
Check with your mail server to verify they do not require SMTP
authentication. If they do, request they walk you through the process (takes
about 3 minutes).
