System Administrator message undeliverable

when I try to send an E-mail with a PowerPoint presentation as an attachment
I keep geting this message from the Administrator. Message size exceeds limit.
what can be done to change this?
 
You need to find out what the receipient's server's email limit is, then
adjust your presentation accordingly -- compress images.

You can do this to some degree by using the compression tool in the picture
tool bar. The other option is to check out NXPlite compression software at
www.nxplite.com.
