system administrator help

i have a guest account and account called dingy which i
would like to erase please show me how to as says a
systems administrator can only do this

hi Amanda! only Adminitrator or have an Administrator rights can turn off/on
the guest Account, as far as i know, you cannot erased the guest account its
built-in with WINXP. just turn it off, go to Control Panel and open the User
Accounts then click Guest Account and turn it off.
