System 32 window!

Please can anyone help. I have just had to reinstall Windows XP (Home
Edition) and all the drivers for my 2 week old computer!! Don't ask! ....for
some unknown reason each time I start up my computer I now get the System 32
window open on my desktop. I can close it and carry on as normal but this is
very annoying! I also got an alert from McAfee Virus Protector telling my I
had 2 infected files. Both turned out to be in my System 32 file but they
were both deleted by the anti-virus program. Please can anyone tell me how I
might stop this window from openeing every time I turn my computer on.

Hi ... Not sure whether this will help but its worth
giving it a try ... Is it possible to notice what those 2
virus were ??? Because its best that you use the right
tools to remove the virus , have a look at this website
