System 32 Window Keeps Opening!

Hi,

I'm hoping that someone out there can help me. For some
reason, the "System 32" Window started to appear when I
start my computer. It's nothing terrible, more of a
nuisance than anything else. I always just close it.

Can someone there please tell me what I need to do to stop
this? It would be much apprecaited.
