System 32 folder opens when i start the computer

HI all. I have bought a new computer last wekk and what
ever i did in the last couple of days i seamed to have
messed up something. When I start the computer the System
32 folder opens us straight away. Now i have checked the
startup file and it is not in there. If anybody has any
ideas of what might be opening this up as XP opens could
you let me know.
