opens up. Ahyone know why and how do I stop it?

Same problem. There's nothing in the startup folder, MSCONFIG or the registry entries suggested in the earlier posts. I do have the Audigy program but couldn't find the information on the Kelly Web site

Any suggestions to keeping the folder from opening

Thanks.

To find the "Fractured" System32 code, use Boot logging.
Press F8 and take the Boot Logging option. After Windows
completes the boot you will find a file ntbtlog.txt in your
Windows folder. Inside this file will be a running log of all
activity. You may have to scroll quite a bit, but you should
be able to locate the errant start command. Most likely it
will be in the Registry.
