System 32 files

System 32 files open up on top of my desk top when I start up. I can hide the
files but cannot get rid of the file displaying. I do simply close it every
time but it just anoying that it keeps appearing. Any help will be much
appreciated.

Thanks Carey. I get the message. This script cannot repair your issue. The
expected registry file was not found. ?? still stuck. Thanks anyway.
