sytem 32 files

Every time we start our computer it goes directly to
system 32 files. From this point we can go directly to
explorer and our home page and it works fine.

We tried to load Netscape to avoid this but it still opens
up system 32 files.

When we open Explorer separately it does not work and
sends an error report. Any ideas?
