system 32 exe.

i had a virus and ran norton and it quarantined somthing
i dont know it cant be repaired. now when i start up my
computer says cant find
C:\windows\system32\system32exe.
can you help me fix the problem or get a new system32.exe?

You don't want nor need this file, it's a virus

You really don't want to get that file back. It's part of several
well-known viruses/worms. It is *not* a valid Windows file. Pay
particular attention to _all_ of the removal instructions:
