system 32 exe. has disappeared!!!

I have Windows XP Professional and every time I turn on my
computer I get a messagae that says C:\Windows\System32
\system32exe. cannot be found. Everything works fine until
I try to run a game. Is there a way to replace this
without reinstalling the whole program? Thanks
 
Remove remnants of KWBot.Worm from the Registry and File System
