sysprep

I've ready to clone my 2000 machine and use sysprep so it
will erase the SID. But let's say the cloning goes wrong
for some reason. Can I simply run sysprep again on the
master machine and try to clone it again? or is it a one-
time all-or-nothing deal?

you can run sysprep as many times as needed. However,
once you reboot or bootup after you run sysprep, you will
go through the mini setup wizard. If you don't want to go
through this there is a Microsoft Knowledge Base article
on how to undo the sysprep changes.
