SYSPREP -- why does it take longer every other time?

Hi all...

We use "sysprep" as part of our image cloning.

When we run sysprep it will either take:

A) 1 minute

B) 30 minutes

To shut down the computer.

And these times alternate (if it's 1 minute this time, it will be 30
minutes the next time, then 1 minute, then 30, etc...)


Does anybody have any clue *why* this happens and can anything be
done so that sysprep only takes 1 minute all the time?
