sysprep unsigned driver problem

I have an oem Windows XP professional machine with Zyxel GN600 Gigabit
ethernet plugged which has unsigned windows xp driver. After running
sysprep , system asks for ethernet driver although i inserted
DriverSigningPolicy and OemPnpDriversPath correctly.
