Greetings all.
I have successfully configured a "sysprep'd" baseline image of our computers
and have deployed this image to several machines in our environment without
issues. However, I am now having problems with our new IBM ThinkCentre S50
series machines with the Intel Pro VE chipset. I'm trying to get the
network card to automatically install during the sysprep process, but not
having much luck. I have downloaded the driver from IBM and put it in a
C:\drivers\Net directory and am calling for the Sysprep's Unattended (see
below) process to install from drivers\net. I still can't get this working.
Upon reboot after the Mini-setup, I get the message that the machine found
an Ethernet controller. I can point that to the c:\drivers\net folder and
the driver will install flawlessly (no message about unsigned driver, etc).
This has been driving me nuts for about a week. Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Jon
