Sysprep question

Hello,
I created an XP image and then I ran Sysprep.exe with mini-
setup and reseal option. After machine restarted, it
appears freez at "Please wait while windows parepare to
start ......". About 5 minutes later, the machine went
through mini setup and appear fine. No error in event
viewer.
My past experence is the machine should not hang that long
after sysprep and reboot. Does anyone know what cause it
or what is going on before mini-setup in general? Thanks.

Look at (%windir%..) wmsetup.log, setuplog.txt, and maybe setuperr.txt for
hints on what might be having trouble.
