Sysprep necessary??

Is Sysprep required to deploy XP on numerous workstations
running Novell Netware 5.1? If so, why?
 
Sysprep is necessary because it assigns new sids to each PC,and different
computer names so there is no dupilcate names.

Think as sysprep as "Windex, washing the windows there clean, and ready for
more dirt...lol"
