sysprep / join the domain !!!

i have windows 2003 domain , the workstations run windows xp prof .
when trying the unattendant installation using sysprep.inf but the
proplem is that the computer doesnot join the domain for unknown reason ,

when trying to join the domain manually ,it takes so so long time and
return error message ( computer name changes : the following error
occured attemptting to join the dcmain , the service doesnot respond to the
start or control request in the timley fashion )) .
i checked the Netsetup.log file as attached

which mention that when Joining a Sysprep.exe Image of Windows XP Creates
Duplicate Computer Accounts in Active Directoryc and error happen when
when joinning the domain !!!!!!!!

what to do ???

any suggestions ????
