sysprep.inf RegionalSetting and MUI

In my sysprep.inf on Windows XP SP2 with MUI station i have the following
entry

I want all my settings to be French Canadian and the MUI to be French
I will have a second sysprep for the English version

None of the regional settings are applied after the Mini-setup and reseal.

Any ideas

Language = 0409
LanguageGroup = 2,1
SystemLocale=00000c0c
UserLocale=00000c0c
UserLocale_DefaultUser = 00000c0c
InputLocale=0c0c:00011009
InputLocale_DefaultUser = 0c0c:00011009
MUILanguage = 2
MUILanguage_DefaultUser = 2

Hi Phillip,

Yeah.....those regional options are a pain in the butt-tocks!. I had the
same problem. Now, when I am setting up the master computer, I go to the
Regional Options, set all the language stuff, then go to the Advanced tab,
and check the 'Apply all settings to the current user account, and the
default user profile'.....problem solved.
