Sysprep -factory

What are the ramifications of running sysprep w/ the -
factory switch w/o running -reseal after the system
installation has completed? The reason I'm asking is
that I believe this to be the case on a laptop i'm
currently servicing. The system cannot add new plug-and-
play devices since it seems the installation menu systems
are suppressed whenever the devices setup begins.

if you dont reseal it, it will come back up in sysprep factory mode. you'd
know it if it wasn't resealed.
