Sysprep Breaks Help Please!

Is Microsoft aware of the fact that there is a bug that needs to be fixed
with Sysprep and Windows Media Player 11? Any of our corporate images that
have WMP11 on them fail when we run Sysprep after imaging them. I know
there are several work arounds for this, but is Microsoft actively trying to
release a hotfix for this? This problem is very annoying.

"fail when we run Sysprep after imaging them" - Running sysprep AFTER imaging
a machine (presumably to reindiviualize the IDs, etc) is not supported by MS.
If this is what you are doing, then don't expect a hotfix from MS. If it is
not, I apologise for the misunderstanding.

MS won't support one of there own programs? Isn't the sysprep program from
MS?

I would assume that since microsoft is providing this tool they would
support it.
