Sysprep 2 configuring

How can i let users put in area code and time zone and leave eveything else fully unattended? Using sysprep 2.0 in X

use setupmgr ; it give you option to just that and many
more combinations.

That doesnt seem to help, cause if you do fully automated there is no option
for that, and no fully uses pacific time if not specified, i tired setup MGR
but it doesnt seem to work the section area code is under is [tapilocation]
i tried leaving it blank and still doesnt work, i did get the timezone one
to work ,but as for this area code and country code nothing any more ideas?
