Sysprep 2.0 with WinXPSP2 - Incompatibility error

I am having difficulties with the new version of Sysprep 2.0 which shipped
with the new Windows XPSP2 CD-ROM (both OEM and Select-CD) Every time I run
Sysprep 2.0 it said "the version of your current OS is incompatible with the
version of Sysprep".

You need to create your image using the Windows XP CD
with SP2 and not an older version.

Nope. It doesn't work. I built the image from the Win XP with SP2 CD, use
the sysprep.exe come from the same CD and still get the SAME error.
