Sys tray icons: show all

Hi.
I want the ALL the sys tray icons to appear ALL the time.
I don't want the hide/show arrows, or the flip-flop behaviour.
Please advice.

Hi,

Right click the Taskbar/Properties/Notification Area and uncheck Hide
inactive icons.
