Sys Prep Tool 2.0

My laptop always boots into Sys Prep Tool 2.0. I always exit because I have
a ffeling I could lock and make it unbootable.

Any advise please.

This came with a reburbished laptop I bought on Ebay. I've already left
negatibe feedback but I still have the issue to rsolve.
