Syntax for Re-registration of Excell

Windows 2000, Excel v8. Does anyone know the syntax for
re-registration with Windows? We get a file already open
error every time we launch a SS without opening the app
first. Had a similiar problem with Word and fixed it with
Winword /r. Thanks!
