I would like to request following features

Ability to type excludes
Options for exclude hidden files, system files, hidden sub-folders, system
folders
 
I was about to ask the same thing. Would be very useful.

Also excluding base on file extensions, or file names in general would be
interesting.

When ran under "Scheduled Tasks", -R option means to "auto"run the sync.

Need an option to prevent the AppWindow to open (-h for hidden for example).
 
Yes please to all three requests: file/directory type exclusion, exclusions
like those in xcopy and the ability to run 'silently'.
