Hello,

I'm not sure if it was one of my microsoft updates or what but synctoy no
longer works for me. When I run it, I get the following popup. I have the
latest .net on my PC - did optional microsoft updates - all.

Synctoy.exe- Common language runtime debugging script

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process id=0x588 (1416), Thread id=0xb84 (2948)

Have you tried uninstalling it, rebooting, then reinstalling it?

I should have mentioned that. I have uninstalled it. Made sure no folder
remained. Removed remaining registry entries for it. rebooted

Reinstalled - same error.

Please follow the flow of conversation, changing the order part way through
makes the thread harder to follow.

It works on my PC, however the power tools are unsupported by MS. I'm not
sure if it is VB but you can download the runtimes to see if that helps-
they have been installed on this machine. Good luck.
