SyncToy - excluding folders doesn't work

Hello
I try to exclude some folders for a folder pair, but it does not work. The
excluded folders are syncronized anyway. Is this a bug of SyncToy or do I
make something wrong?

huge bug, they need to fix this, otherwise it's just really frustrating.
(exists in 1.2, particularly in "echo" mode)

I can confirm the problem with ECHO mode, it does syncronize all files and
folders, even excluded ones.

Please fix.. :)
