Synctoy and NTFS junctions

It seems that synctoy doesn't follow NTFS junctions. They are visible in the
"Select subfolders" dialog (and checked), but their contents are not copied
to the destination folder.

Is there a way around this (apart from creating separate folder pairs for
each junction)?

Yep, SyncToy does not follow directory junctions because it can cause an
infinite loop on sync and in some cases it's also wrong to follow the
junctions. I guess we should not show junctions in the folder exclusion
dialog - we'll get that fixed.

I would recommend creating separate folder pairs for each junction if you
would like to sync their contents.

OK, that's clear enough. Thanks for your answer.
