SyncToy 1.4 - copying all files except those which match a pattern

Is there a way to define a rule in SyncToy to copy all files in a folder
except those which match certain patterns? I know that I can define an
inclusive rule (copy all files whose names match this pattern) but there
doesnt seem to be a way defining the converse - an exclusive rule.
