syncronising outlook between several pcs

I use a pocket pc and activesync to seamlessly keep my outlook file ( not
email ) synced between 3 pcs,home, office and 2nd office.
I just connect my pocket pc to the pc when I arrive and it automatically
synchronises the outlook file.
Is there another way to do this? My pocket pc is damaged and I don't want
to rely on it anymore for this operation.
