When activating ActiveSync for my contacts I receive an error message "You
cannot syncronise with the Outlook-profile you are using, as one other
profile has been created or the profile is password protected. i only have
one e-mail profile. I have removed it and added it back without any success.
The e-mail profile is a gmail account. Johnny

"Account" and "profile" are not the same thing. Open the Mail applet in
Control Panel and click Show Profiles. How many do you see?

The problem is with activesync, not outlook. You need to delete the
activesync profile/partnership then make a new partnership.

Solved the problem by removing ActiveSync (Swedish version) downloaded and
installed an English version. Guess what now it works:)
