Syncing Outlook

I have Outlook set up on 2 different computers (laptop and desktop). I have both of them set up with the same email address. The problem is, whichever computer I have Outlook open on, that is the only one that receives emails. This is real pain because then my email history is split between my laptop and desktop. Is there any way to sync Outlook on my two computers?
