Syncing Outlook with PocketPC

Not sure if this is the right forum but will post anyway...unless someone can
point me to the right forum...

I'm having trouble syncing the PocketPC's with all of our Manager's
laptops. The issue is that the PocketPC's won't sync via GPRS or internet
with Outlook when Outlook cache mode is in use. If I connect the PocketPC's
directly to the laptop it works ok but not via internet etc.

It was workikng about two months ago but then stopped working. It seemed to
stop working around the time that we implemented HTTPS for OWA.

If I turn Outlook cache mode off it seems to work ok.

Has anyone had this problem before? Has anyone got any possible/working
solution for this issue?
