Outlook 2003 ActiveSync 4.2 Error

I can no longer sync with my new Verizon PocketPC/SmartPhone with Windows
Mobile 5.0 to my new Dell notebook with WindowsXP Professional SP2.

It connects & then consistently gives me this Error when starting to
synchronize:

OUTLOOK.EXE - Application Error
The Instruction at "0x77d49dda" referenced memory at "0x35f0db0".
The memory could not be read.

When I click OK or Debug, it terminantes the ActiveSync & it's window.

This first occured with Active Sync 4.0, so I upgraded to 4.2 & still get
the error. I deleted & reset all the connections, as well as tried Repair &
Reinstall twice.

During a failed sync, it also crashes my Outlook 2003.

I can't find any info on the Internet support forums on this.

Please HELP!

Wrong newsgroup. ActiveSync is supported in the Windows Mobile newsgroup.

Good luck!

Try asking in the ActiveSync newsgroup:
